Sand making machine( sand maker) combines the latest design results with the advanced selective fragmenting principle, directly providing enough energy to the raw materials, then the material can be crushed by the energy. Sand making machine(sand maker)  makes the finished product rupture along the cleavage plane so that the powder has the natural texture face.

The finished product has good grain shape and low consumption, which is more suitable for the requirement about the machine-made sand in construction site, high grade highway and railway site, hydropower project.

Sand making machine( sand maker) is not only used for hard materials but also the stuff with highly different performance, such as the artificial sand, cement, mining materials, what’s more, it is mainly used in the field of the granite, basalt, limestone, quartz stone and gneiss, cement clinker, concrete aggregate, ceramic raw materials, iron ore, coal, gold, copper, corundum, bauxite, silica, etc.

Working process:

Materials fall from the upper part of the machine to impeller which rotates at a high speed. Under great centrifugal force, they hit materials scattered around the impeller. After hitting each other at a high speed, there forms a vortex between impeller and shell. Materials hit and abrase each other for several times, finally smaller pieces come out through downside outlet, then go to vibrating screen which controls the size of final product.

Working characteristics of sand maker: 1. Simple structure and low cost owning to sand maker; 2. High efficiency, low consumption and high crushing ratio; 3. Suitable for fine crushing and crude grinding; 4. Slightly influenced by moisture content of material and the max moisture content is 8%; 5.Suitable for crushing mid-hardness and extra hard materials (like corundum, agglomeration aluminium, etc.);6. Cubic shape of final products and low iron pollution; 7. Impeller and material layer in the crushing cavity can prolong service lifetime of easy-worn parts and avoid maintenance; 8. Operating rules

1, Please check the startup sequence of the crusher and conveyor equipment. The right order is from discharging device, crusher to feeder machine.

2. The sand making machine( sand maker) must start with the condition of no-load, after working normally, we can use feeder machine to provide raw materials.

3. During the sand making machine running, if we find any vibration and abnormal noise, please cut off the power and check it.

4. The machine adopts the dry way about the lubricating oil. When the machine works certain times, open the main bearing and clean it, when necessary.
